*We offer a limited number of needs-based conference bursaries to support eligible participants with conference-related expenses.
*US$15 processing fee per workshop session; non-refundable. Limited capacity.
*All attending authors are considered presenters and must register by August 16, 2026
*General attendees (non-presenters) must complete registration by October 9. To cancel a registration, an email must be sent to the conference Secretariat (tera@mail.nsysu.edu.tw) before September 30 to process the refund.
Applicants for the conference bursary must meet the following criteria
- a DEC representative affiliated with a WERA Association or Institutional Member in a low- and middle-income country (LMIC), or an early-career member of a WERA International Research Network (IRN).
- Have a submission that has been accepted to the conference.
- Please note that the final number of bursaries awarded will be determined based on the overall conference registration budget. The organizing committee reserves the right to set the quota accordingly.

Conference Bursary Application

Having Trouble with Payment?

If your payment is unsuccessful, please try the following:
- Contact your card-issuing bank to confirm that your card is authorized for international and online transactions.
